The terms that apply when you use this website. Photography bookings are governed by the signed client agreement for each celebration.
1. Website Use
You may browse this website for personal and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
2. Photography Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only after Planquira and the client sign the applicable photography agreement and any required booking payment has been received.
3. Pricing and Proposals
Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may change. The written proposal and signed agreement will state the applicable services, fees, payment schedule, deliverables, and dates.
4. Changes, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
Cancellation, postponement, refunds, and date changes are governed by the signed client agreement. Please refer to that agreement for deadlines, fees, and any force majeure provisions.
5. Image Delivery
Delivery format, estimated delivery date, gallery access period, image selection, and editing style will be described in the client agreement. Please download and back up delivered images during the gallery access period.
6. Copyright and Personal Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photographs remain protected by applicable copyright law. Clients receive the personal-use licence specified in their agreement. Commercial use, resale, editing, or publication beyond the agreed licence requires written permission.
7. Website Content
Text, design, branding, and images on this website may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission, except where permitted by law.
8. Third-party Services
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Planquira is not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Client bookings remain subject to the agreement signed for that booking.
